1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Process and Why

We do not track behaviour with cookies, build advertising profiles or sell data. As payment is made during the service, we do not collect card details.
3. Legal Basis
Your data is processed under Art. 5/2-c of the KVKK, on the legal basis that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; and, for communication preferences, with your explicit consent.
4. Data Sharing
- Your driver receives only your name, pickup time and route.
- Messaging/email infrastructure providers (e.g. WhatsApp, an email service) are used for booking notifications.
- For flight tracking, your flight number is sent to a flight data provider.
- No sharing with third parties beyond legal obligations; data is not transferred abroad for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Booking data is kept for the duration of the service and the statutory retention periods (tax/commercial law); afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights under Art. 11 KVKK
- To learn whether your data is processed and to request information.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly.
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK.
- To object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis.
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage.

7. Cookies
Our site uses only essential cookies such as language preference and the booking session. If analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, this section will be updated and your consent will be requested separately.
